Pyramid & Diamond Levels
Middle School - High School 13yo-18yo
This is the program that has produced collegiate athletes of all levels as well as professionals. For those with at least a year of experience training, this program will compound your progress over the weeks and years with consistency and focus. They will begin with our Pyramid grouping until they are prepared for our highest level, Diamond.

Foundations
Middle School - 10yo-15yo
This program is for true beginners in athletic development and performance. You will learn the necessary patterns and exercises to become proficient and self sustainable. Once you master this program, there is no program you can not flourish in. Our goal for each athlete is to be consistent over multiple years and graduate to our next program grouping, Pyramid, where they will use their tools to accelerate their speed, durability and strength.

1-on-1 Special Strength Training
Middle School - College or Adult Strength & Conditioning
In special strengths programming, we examine the athletes strength and weaknesses in further detail and create a plan specifically for their focus. Whether that is speed, size, preparing for their first year in college athletics, or maybe a parent looking to improve their everyday life, this program addresses weakness that allows the strengths to flourish.
